Wildlife sounds from Patvinsuo National Park Finland. Almost all the recordings here were recorded during May of 2018. I found the best places in the park to record were right outside the hostel and also on the Curlew trail some distance away out on the open bog. Outside these areas I found it to be amazingly quiet at any time of day or night. The album opens with the night sounds of Redwings and Fieldfares, then we hear other sounds through the late night and early morning, following this are two tracks made during the day before the evening sounds begin, the album finishes up with some garden birds singing in the eveningtime.
As with all my productions I have made it to fit the CD format.

Recorded with a pair of Sennheiser MKH 8020 microphones, a Sound Devices MixPre microphone pre-amp and a Marantz PMD661 solid state recorder.
